Hi...
Today is my b’day the most endearing day of
my life.On this beautiful day,
I express my gratitude to almighty for the wonderful
life he has gifted me.
On every b’day we add one more year to our age,age is
nothing but the number right?
If you feel young in
your heart and your body, then you are as young as you feel. And if you were
born old and feel as old as your parents, then you really are as old as you
feel, irrespective of your age.
There are many jokes about women trying to keep their real
ages secret. One says “Birthdays are anniversaries on which her husband takes a
day off and she takes a year off” and another one says"The lady is very loyal.Years ago she
reached an age she liked it and she has stuck to it”.Funny side apart age is really nothing
more than a number.I believe that if your heart is beautiful and your mind
feels young , you are perfect.Don’t live your age, live your life.
As nicely
quoted by Larry Lorenzoni
“Birthdays are good for you. Statistics
show that the people who have the most live the longest.”
I think irrespective of age good or bad
learning experience counts. These experiences influence
the individual personalities to a large extent.I admire the people in my neighborhood
to make impact on my life.
Being in the field of Ayurveda,I always wanted to share
my practical experiences in Ayurveda through writing.Unlike the various
systems of medicine, like Allopathy or Homeopathy,Ayurveda is not a system of
medicine but a science of life. The major thrust in ayurveda is on prevention
of disease through diet, yoga and lifestyle management.
I was reluctant to start up my blog asI considered writing to
be challenging. After a lot of evaluation I gathered vigor to go for it . As my b’ day was approaching, I
kept it as my target and started working on it.Today is the most appropriate
day to publish my first blog.I can verbalize my experiences
and share knowledge about health and well being through this space. This
blog is gift from me…to me??
I hope you must be delighted with my post.I would like to conclude
with these lines by Oprah Winfrey.
“The more you praise and celebrate your
life, the more there is in life to celebrate.”
